Set up your account
Click sign up here or at the top right corner of the site to create an account with us. That will give us your name and email so that we know how to reach you and who you are when you reach us. You'll then be given access to the service where you can find out more about pricing, subscriptions, and premium services. It's free to sign up and free to start asking questions!


Step 2:
Choose a plan
Select a plan that's right for you. Our most popular plan is the personal plan for an individual. This covers everything you need to navigate taxes, personal finance, and any questions you may have that a CPA can help you with. You need a plan to be able to get professional advice from a CPA, but we are happy to answer administrative questions for free!
Step 3:
Ask questions and make service requests
You're in! Start sending requests for service by going to the Service Request page or chat with us in the chat window during live hours. Whether you're asking to file your taxes or have any other request, start there and we'll walk you through the next steps with one of our agents (all agents are Chartered Professional Accountants).


Step 4:
Request a premium service
Now that you've become familiar with us and our service, there may be additional work required such as creating a corporation, CRA audit attendance, business valuations, and more. Your membership gets you 25% off these additional services.
